Hi all,
I'm just lurking, but I looked at the webpage
http://www.bpl.org/central/meetingrooms.htm
<quote>
Three Community Rooms are available to the public for meetings. The
capacity of each room is 35.
The Mezzanine Conference Room is also available for meetings and
programs and holds 100.
Requests for use of any room must be submitted in writing to the
Events Office at least three weeks before your event. For further
information, call the Communications Office at 617-859-2212.

It says the "Community Rooms" are available to the _public_ for
meetins and seat 35.
The Mezzanine Conference room is available to the public and seats 100.
They aren't listing a price, all they are asking for is advanced
notice in writing (events at bpl.org) that you are interested in a room.
The Mass LoCo is the 'public'
So, it would seem that if the LoCo wants to hold a meeting at the BPL,
someone would need to write an email message one month ahead,
requesting a room reservation that would accommodate the approximate
size of the group.
