Hi Hernan,
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RecoveringUbuntuAfterInstallingWindows
has directions on how to reinstall grub.
After you get that sorted out, to get windows to be default, you will
need to edit the /boot/grub/menu.lst. First, count starting from 0
what line the windows option is on in the grub menu. Then edit
/boot/grub/menu.list and change the "default 0" line to "default
WHATEVER_THE_NUMBER_YOU_COUNTED_WAS".
