Monthly Ubuntu LoCo Meeting Thursday, 10/23/2008

I can confirm, Mike Rushton (leftyfb) wanted to have a meeting that
didn't conflict with the party. So he's organised and will be running
this meeting on Thursday.

Mike: let me know if you'd still like me to chair. It's your ball game
this month.
