Installing rpm program

Actually from what I can see Adobe Reader isn't in the partner (formerly
commercial) repository, but the Medibuntu repository.
Here are the instructions for adding the Medibuntu repository, after which
you can simply install Adobe Reader from Synaptic or Add/Remove.
