Our budget is $0 as far as things go, although we'll have a banner to
put up and I might buy some balloons and put them up true party style.

If you want CBC you better phone them up and ask them how much to book
some room, I don't want to end up just doing an incidence booking
where we get the middle place where it's all noisy. not much of a
party last time, just a meal.
