For BLU shirts and stuff, I set up a shop at cafepress.com a few
years ago, where I uploaded the BLU graphics and selected which
items to plaster it on, then people who want shirts can buy them
at CafePress.

There are a lot of other sites now that do the same thing, such as
zazzle.com and spreadshirt.com.
