possibly putting Edubuntu in a local school

No reason they can't put content filtering on the Edubuntu server. There's
been talk about it being built in, i'm not sure if it yet. Even if it isn't,
it's very easy thing to implement with iptables or some OSS. Ignorant "IT" is
really something that gets to me.
