Installfest booking/schedule

Do we have an official booking at MIT for this yet? If we don't have one
by the end of this week, we need to seek alternate locations as it's
already too close to the originally scheduled date of Oct 13th. We might
already want to move it up to the 20th to give a little more time and to
coincide with the Gutsy release on the 18th.

If anyone has other options available to them for a location for our
FIRST installfest, please seek them out ASAP and get back to us. The
requirements we are seeing for this first installfest are as follows:

- - A room for 15-20 people, possibly more
- - Desks/tables/chairs for these people as well as room for their
pc's/laptops/monitors and a small amount of space for other equipment
- - Network connectivity (preferably ethernet with wifi, but ethernet-only
will be fine as I will be bringing a wifi router)
- - access to bathrooms
- - parking (please specify what parking will be like at this location)
- - T / Commuter rail accessible
- - local area food/delivery and computer stores a bonus


Please, this has gone on way too long to not get at least one out of the
 way. Lets all try and make this happen as I feel our group can create
some of the best installfests around.
