Any thoughts about the installfest?

I think the whole event was terrific - outstanding organization and
preparation, fantastic facilities, extra monitors, plenty of cables, tables
and outlets, along with an abundance of talent and expertise freely shared.
Having knowledgeable people explain and assist with installs was a huge
help.
Install CDs were available and the network worked flawlessly. There was
great food, drink, music, and give-aways. Who could ask for more? It was
just a really excellent event. Oh, and it was free!
I personally learned a ton about Ubuntu - how it works, how it installs, and
how people can use it.
My thanks to the organizers and volunteers who made it such a great event
and the MIT Media Lab for hosting this first Ubuntu InstallFest.
