I always use "reply to list" (in fact, I have a couple key-bindings in mutt to
do this for me: "bind pager l list-reply" and "bind index l list-reply"

I have had a few people respond to messages I've sent to the list, that
came to me directly, and not through the list... of course such messages
didn't get auto-filtered by procmail into my ubuntu-us-ma mbox because
they didn't have any of the mailman headers.

Actually, now that I notice... it was *you* Caleb that had been not
getting filtered properly because I was in the To:, and I believe
mailman by default doesn't resend emails to people who are specifically
addressed in the To: or Cc: fields.

I was going to complain at you, but I forgot and it only happened a few
times :P
