<rant> I hate having to scroll through multiple conversations just to get to the bottom of the email to finally read what the email was intended to be. Please, either put your manual content at the top. If I want to read what you were replying to, I have the option of scrolling down and reading it. Otherwise, please erase all content other than your own. </rant>
