Hamfest preparation meeting Tuesday April 22 at 6:00pm

We are going to have a meeting tonight to discuss final preparations for the
Hamfest.  If you are planning to attend the Hamfest please make every effort
to attend this meeting.  Also if you have committed to providing equipment,
or contributing in some other capacity, please let us know the status of
your contribution.  Do you have the items ready to go, is there something
you're still waiting on, etc.
