RFC: Sept-Oct 2007 Meetings and Release party.

Since the team is so young I think for our first party we should keep
it down to members,  family and friends. Let's save the massive
gathering for the March 2008 party. That will give us 6 to 7 months to
get the LUGs actively involved with us.
