Ubuntu Louisiana LoCo News - Issue No. 1

I'm usually available during the weekdays 9-5.  I am also usually available
late in the evenings 11:00+.  I can probably get on during normal evening
hours, but am frequently distracted by my wife and daughter, and can't
promise I won't have to vanish for some of that time to help out.
