Have we considered any of the Lexington Public Libraries? I once used the Eagle Creek branch for a cubing tournament. They are free to use for all non-profit organizations and will provide access to their projector for $10 or $20. I'm not sure about their wireless access though. I could ask them about internet access in the conference room.
