Ckcs sounds great. Lexmug meets there and it has worked very well for groups 20-30.

Hey All,

CKCS (www.ckcs.org) has stated that we can use their
space anytime there is not another meeting scheduled.
They are on Moore Drive. They have a large room with
Wifi and a big projector for presentations.

Our cost is zero. If anyone wants to set up a
meeting IRL at CKCS let me know and I will help make
that happen.

Thanks,
Jaime

That's another great idea. Thanks Shaden!

Have we considered any of the Lexington Public
Libraries? I once used the Eagle Creek branch for a
cubing tournament. They are free to use for all
non-profit organizations and will provide access to
their projector for $10 or $20. I'm not sure about
their wireless access though. I could ask them about
internet access in the conference room.
