Release party for Ubuntu 8.10

Fantastic. That is one hurdle down. Now to decide on a time and date. I'm
thinking that Nov. 15th may be a good day. That is about 2 weeks after the
release and it gives us a little while to get the word out about the party.
Anyone have another recommendation.
