Hello all,
My name is Duane and I am a member of the Oklahoma LoCo. I have always
believed that KS.,OK.,AR., should work together and help support one
another. We are small LoCos with an even smaller numbers of active LoCo
members. Distance limits what we can work on together, but there is a lot we
can get done together. We can work on projects that can be easily replicated
locally. For instance Ubuntu in
Libraries<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuInLibraries>,
encourage and supply local libraries with Open Source materials(CDs) and
documentation. A poster campaign to raise local awareness in Free Open
Source Software. We could collaborate online and design the materials in
such a way that they are usable in each community with minimal effort. Then
there is the stuff we can do online to contribute to the Ubuntu community.
That can be triaging bugs, testing .iso, working on the wiki, helping people
on the Forums or in Launchpad Answers, ect.
Good to see some activity on the List. Please feel free to join the Oklahoma
LoCo mailing list if you like, its low volume list. Look forward to further
discussions.
I am trying to use Evolution Mail but when I try to access the address book,
it asks for a default keyring password. I have no idea what the password is
and would like to supply a new one. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Terry,
You can use seahorse (Applications>Accesories>Passwords and Keys) Click
'Password' Tab. There will be a folder '*Passwords*:login' Right-click this
folder and select 'Change Password' This will require the old password.
If you dont have the old password, this is the only other way i know of.
Move this file, out of the original folder, and keep it as a back up. A lot
of people on the forums had luck with this.
mv ~/.gnome2/keyrings/default.keyring ~/Desktop/default.keyring.bak
