The primary focus of this position is to provide integration, design,
and engineering services for our clients. This is a high-visibility
position requiring an individual primarily versed and experienced with
Novell technologies. In addition, the individual must possess
outstanding communication and troubleshooting skills, as well as good
planning and foresight to help design and implement solutions to
improve technology environments. K-12 education market experience is a

limited to designing, implementing and supporting the following Novell

File/Print/DNS/DHCP/SLP Services

Responsibilities:
<br>
• Actively participate in the planning, design, and implementation of
Novell Netware/OES, eDirectory, GroupWise, ZENworks, other Novell
technologies, infrastructure, and related hardware for clients <br>
• Exceed client’s expectations on quality and thoroughness on each solution
<br>
• Identify service opportunities in focus areas (Microsoft, Linux Enterprise, Novell) within existing client base
<br>
• Deliver high-quality solutions to our clients to ensure their
investment in technology is consistent with their business objectives <br>
<br>
Requirements:
<br>
• Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) certification required
<br>
• Other certifications are a plus
<br>
• Experience with Novell Netware/OES, ZENworks, GroupWise, BorderManager, Clustering, and other Novell technologies desired
<br>
• Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP & IPX), associated applications, and troubleshooting skills
<br>
• 3+ years enterprise technical experience in an engineering position
<br>
• Excellent knowledge of Novell and/or Microsoft server environments
<br>
• Strong knowledge of Network directories such as Novell eDirectory and/or MS Active Directory
<br>
• Excellent customer service background with professional appearance and communication skills required
<br>
• Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment and/or independently with minimal supervision and guidance
<br>
• Working Microsoft, Cisco, Linux knowledge or certification(s) preferred
<br>
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
<br>
