No offense to nFrame, they did a good job for us, but our current ISP is only three miles away (which is handy when we have problems), and it is cheaper than nFrame. They also provide our phone service, so we get an added discount that way. I work for the Daily Reporter in Greenfield. The DR is a six-day-a-week newspaper just outside of Indy (circulation about 12,000). I used to be in the editorial department (i.e., a reporter), but they made me in charge of the computer systems a few years ago (mainly due to the fact that I knew more about computers than anyone else in the building... which isn't saying much). I took a couple of programming classes in college (learning Pascal... most of which I have forgotten), but otherwise, I am pretty much self trained (usually on an as-needed basis), so I have huge gaps in my knowledge. Unfortunately, we are almost entirely Windows based at the DR with a few Mac workstations mixed in. I am trying to mix in some free software, but so far I haven't had much luck.
