Hello, community!

So, Michael (among others) has been working hard to make this Indiana
LinuxFest thing come to life at the end of the month.

I also know several of us are going to be there in the capacity of speakers.

(My talk is aimed at those of you who, like me, find cameras and
computers fun. Go check out the rest of the talks at:)

I'd like to encourage you to think about coming if you haven't, yet,
and to go ahead and come if you're on the fence about coming.

Five and a half years ago, I carpooled my way to my first LinuxFest in
Columbus, OH, and I've not been able to stop going back; I have so
much fun with the geeky stuff. My wife came with me my second year to
see what this LinuxFest thing was all about, and has not been able to
stop going back, herself; she has so much fun with the not-so-geeky
stuff.

There's something for everyone, regardless of what your particular
areas of interest or skill levels may be. You'll get a chance to
practice the free flow of ideas with a wide spectrum of people.

I learn a whole lot at the talks I go to, I enjoy getting to meet the
people, and I get to see what this "free software community" is all
about in person.

And now we've got one going on here in Indiana. You know I'll be
there, and the date is creeping up.

I was wondering who else is thinking about/planning on being there?

Would you like to get together sometime during the day and do a big group photo?

What about an Ubuntu Indiana booth? Would anyone be interested in manning one?

Simón
