[ubuntu-us-in] K-12 Open Minds - Regrets

Hello, all,

Having been the person who announced the conference, and having gone
"every year since its inception" (twice?), I hoped and planned at the
time to be going.

Unfortunately, life and work haven't aligned right for me to go on
this loop around the sun. It's a bummer.

I still heartily encourage everyone else to go who would like to learn
about and talk about the use of free/open source in Indiana's K-12
schools with the actual people who are working in the trenches making
this happen. It looks like you'll even be able to tour some local
schools that use Ubuntu in the classroom, if you like (always neat!).

If you do plan on going, I'd encourage you to sign up over on
k12openminds.org to let them know you're coming if you haven't already
(better late than never); click the little "NOT Registered" button at
the top-right corner of the page.

Also, for those who go, I would love to hear how it went and what your
experience was like. :-)

Alright, I'm back to work. I hope this finds you all having a wonderful day!

Simón
