Actually, Nvu is no longer in the Ubuntu repositories (since it is no 
longer being developed), so that might not be a good one to use. 
However, Nvu's unofficial successor, KompoZer, is in the repositories. 
While it is still relatively easy to find and install Nvu, it might be 
better to show the KomoZer since they can get it using apt-get.
