[ubuntu-us-in] Are we in gear for the LinuxFest?

I have a few thoughts:

As a bookmark, our logo (and maybe even our name) should be rotated 90 degrees so that it's right-side up when sticking out of the top of a book.

I would say "Webpage" instead of "Wiki". If people know what a wiki is they'll immediately recognize it as one (url), however if they don't know what a wiki is, they might not even go look at it.

I would also put the resources in the order: Webpage, Mailing List, IRC, Launchpad. This is the order of how familiar I assume the man on the street would be with accessing/using the resources.

Our name: "Ubuntu Indiana Local Community Team" or maybe "Indiana Ubuntu Local Community Team" Hmmm...I think "Indiana Ubuntu Local Community Team" rolls better. Maybe even knock it down to "Indiana Ubuntu Local Community" or "Hoosier Ubuntu Local Community" for brevity's sake, and I think "community" by itself sounds a little more open and inviting than with "team". What do you all think? I'd like your opinion.

Regarding the paragraph, this is what I wrote for our Wiki page and I've been really wanting to edit it. I'll work on that sometime today.

Also, I look at it and I yearn for some sort of background...maybe it's just me.

Thanks for stepping up and working on this, Ana, I really appreciate it. These will be really nice. We can tuck them inside the brochures that will hopefully get to my place by Tuesday.

I hope this finds you all having a great day!

Thanks!
I'll have some spare time tonight if anyone has any suggested modifications.

Ana
