Dear Idaho LoCo Team, My name is Chris Crisafulli, and I represent the LoCo Council. A while back we received a request to make a change in leadership as it seemed as if the Idaho Team has become stagnant, after hearing this I made and attempt to contact the Current Team Contact(s), this revealed there definitely is an underlying problem with the current direction of the Idaho Team, some of which can be blamed on the lack of leadership or direction as of late, and to an extent some animosity/resentment towards other members within the LoCo. I have a couple of ideas on how Idaho team can move forward in some of these areas, and if you would like to hear my suggestions I will gladly share them with you.... I would to invite all of you to an online IRC meeting that's going to be held within the next two weeks. The purpose of this meeting will be to have a good discussion and to try and hash out a couple of key issues that are preventing further growth and progress for the Idaho LoCo Team. I have created a Doodle Poll so that everyone can vote on their times of availability. Here are a couple of items that will be on the agenda: Team Leadership and Contact Roles, and who is going to fill these (Your team is going to discuss and find a solution for this,). Regularly Scheduled monthly meetings in IRC (at least monthly). Where to go from here, the Direction of the team, and Ideas that can help build the Idaho LoCo Team. Please remember when attending this meeting to try and avoid personal attacks. We need to move forward, not any farther backwards, and help move Idaho Team in the right direction.
