Ubuntu Iowa Loco Drupal Host

The KRUU team is willing to host a Drupal server for Ubuntu-Iowa. I'll have
more details in the next couple of days, but I'm putting this out to get
feedback and any questions that people may have.

We can also create a MediaWiki instance (Drupal's internal Wiki solution is
a bit weak). This is if anyone's unhappy with MoinMoin (which I personally
am not a huge fan of, but can live with if everyone else is ok with it).

With a bit of focus I think we can have our Drupal instance up with full
theming and modules in a couple of days.
