Not sure about this, but you can try MokaFive. (It is not open-source, but it is free of charge.)

Look on the left side under "Player" - try the third or fourth one down.

I'm doubt that it exists. Does anyone know of a baremetal virtualization
software that will run without Intel-VT or AMD-V enabled?
