Hi Georgia Ubuntu LoCo folks,

I'm writing to let you know that there's going to be an OpenStreetMap
conference in Atlanta in two weeks (August 14, 15th).

If you're not familiar with OpenStreetMap, we're a lot like Wikipedia
but for maps. Our objective is to create a Free map of the entire world.
And in that effort, some of the folks have created a national
organization for OpenStreetMap in the US and are putting on a conference
in Atlanta.

It will be two days of speakers from the communinity, talks, training,
and social event..

Registration is only $35 for both days, but we have a student discount. If
you're a student, it's only $20.

So check out the conference details and schedule at http://sotm.us and
register at http://stateofthemapus.eventbrite.com/

And if you know anyone else who might be interested in attending, please
forward this to them.

Thanks,

- Serge Wroclawski
