Problems updating and installing new packages?

Hello,

Has anyone noticed that the Ubuntu mirrors are made of yuck lately?

Does anyone know if GA Tech keeps their copy of the Ubuntu archive
up-to-date on a daily basis?  Because if so, I will likely move my
sources.list to point to GA Tech instead...
