After installing sudo aptitude install libjpeg-dev

The end of ./configure came up below:

checking "for foomatic xml install"... yes
checking for CRYPTO_free in -lcrypto... no
checking for snmp_timeout in -lnetsnmp... no
configure: error: cannot find net-snmp support (or --disable-network-build)

make: *** No targets specified and no makefile found.  Stop.
