Announcement: IRC Channel now "ubuntu-georgia"

Hello everyone,

Just in case you did not read through the email I forwarded to the list
serv, I wanted to let everyone know that we switched the IRC channel from
"#ubuntu-us-ga" to "#ubuntu-georgia" on FreeNode. This is to follow with the
trend that most other LoCos have followed.
