The meeting is being held on IRC, which is mentioned on this page:
http://ubuntu-georgia.org/  Basically you need an IRC client (I use
"X-Chat Gnome", but there are many others).  The IRC server name is
irc.freenode.net: the channel name is "#ubuntu-georgia"
