[ubuntu-florida] Our LoCo meetup group

I'm believe that an email is going out to our members that our meetup group
is going to close without a organizer, this is because that every LoCo
needs to be re-verified every 2 years to prove they are active, if there
are any problems and to help give us a boost in energy. It was our turn
this past month[1] and we have just been re-verified so the meetup account
has been taken care of.

Sorry for all the confusion that it might have caused about the feature of
this meetup group and of our LoCo as a whole.
