[ubuntu-florida] Team Council Elections

Hello Florida Team!

I'm keeping it simple, below is a link to a Google form with the list of
nominees to the team council.  You can select up to 3 people that you
want on the council (you can select fewer if you want, but not more).

The form will be up until the end of the month, at which point I'll
gather the 3 most selected nominees and announce them to the mailing
list and at the next team meeting on Feb. 3rd.
