[ubuntu-florida] Team Meeting

I've tentatively scheduled a meeting for Monday Dec 2nd (next Monday)
for 8pm US/Eastern, since that seems to be a time that works for most
people.  We still have time to move it, however, if we need to.

I've also added a few agenda items, covering things that came up in
previous emails.  Anybody on the team can add more if there is something
else you'd like to discuss.

The meeting will be on IRC, in our team channel #ubuntu-us-fl on
Freenode.  Please let me know if you're unsure how to join and I'll help
get you setup.

I'm looking forward to talking with all of you again!  It's been too long.
