[ubuntu-florida] Rebooting the Florida LoCo Team

Alan has really been doing some awesome things for the team and has really
been able to spread Ubuntu well through presentations and events that he
and Chloric have been hosting down at the Planet Linux Caffe.

Things for me have finally begun to calm down a bit work-wise, but I have
been moonlighting as a crossfit instructor. I too have had several requests
to do more meet ups locally here in Melbourne, and plan to try and get some
going again soon. Doing Ubuntu Hours on G+ might be a good way to share
some ideas between members to encourage wider spread gatherings.

One of the things that I feel could really help the team would be to elect
a new team lead. There are tons of dedicated members that have done some
really awesome work in spreading Ubuntu and promoting our team, perhaps we
could come together and nominate a potential team lead or maybe establish a
council that could help drive the team going towards the future.

Thanks for your time,

Chris C.
