[ubuntu-florida] Rebooting the Florida LoCo Team

I've actually been having the same thoughts recently.  Since I requested a
group on discourse.ubuntu.com a couple of days ago, so i vote for that and
Google+ as resources to focus on.  And I'm totally behind Govatent as admin.

True, I am currently in Oregon, but I am planning on returning. Florida is
still home.
