Hello Florida Team!

During yesterdays IRC meeting it was agreed that we should replace our
previous single team lead/contact with a 3-member council.  To start
that off, we're opening a call for nominations to the council.  You can
nominate yourself (if you're interested please do so), or somebody else
(check that they're okay with that first).

To add a name to the nominee list, just add it to this Google doc:

If you can't access it, you can also email me the name of the nominee
and I will add them to the list.
