Welcome Aboard! I saw that you have now subscribed to our list, so there
should be no further delays in everyone receiving your e-mail ;-). There
are a couple of ways that you can get involved pretty easily.
Join our IRC channel on freenode at #ubuntu-us-fl or #ubuntu-florida (if
you haven't had a chance to. There are usually a couple of folks in
there throughout the day that are available for discussions, ideas, and
troubleshooting. If you ask someone something and they don't respond
right away, be patient, as many are probably only temporarily away.

If you haven't had a chance to already, as this will keep you up to date
on upcoming events and meetings.
