[ubuntu-florida] UDS Horror Movie Event and LoCo Team Party!

Team,

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know about a couple of events 
that are coming up within the next week, and during the week-end 
immediately following UDS. As many of you know, UDS will be taking place 
next week, this is an awesome event that you don't want to miss, please

On Wednesday evening during UDS We have a team event:

We are hosting a Classic Horror Movie night with Pop Corn, Candy (in 
limited quantities), Soda, and Water. We are planning to rent the Pop 
Corn machine from the venue, It will be $100.00 and it will include the 
Pop Corn for popping. We will also need some theatre style candy (Bj's, 
Sam's, and Costco Clubs all have bulk candy for a reasonable price). 
With the cost of everything we have decided that it would be a good idea 
to give all of you an opportunity to help out with the cost.

I have estimated the total cost of the event will be approximately 
$300.00. I have created a wiki page here for sign up in case anyone 
would be interested in helping out financially with the event:

You can add your "@SIG@" or Name at the end of one of the money slots if 
you'd like to support our Wednesday night event financially. There are 
also slots down towards the bottom where you can sign up to bring drinks 
too. If you are able to help out please list your name then contact me 
itnet7-at-ubuntu-dot-com and we can make arrangements for payment and/or 
storage of items that you plan to bring for the event.


We're also having a LoCo Team Party on November 5, 2011, the Saturday 
following UDS. Michelle asked during our Pre-UDS meeting, that if you 
are planning to come, please RSVP, and bring a side dish to share with 
everyone! Here is a link for you to RSVP if you're planning to come. The 
last team party we had seriously rocked, This is definitely an event 
that you don't want to miss!

Any excesses will be donated to the Hall's in support of the LoCo Team
