Welcome Vikram.

The idea sounds really cool.  You're gonna need some kernel development
help, which is outside the expertise of most of our team, but you're always
welcome to add the topic to our agenda.  I also suggest that you come up to
Atlanta Linux Fest, next weekend, there will be several members of the
Ubuntu kernel team there, and you can talk to them directly about this idea.
