[ubuntu-florida] Software Freedom Day 08

We're registered for Software Freedom Day 08.  I envision multiple events
across the state, possibly working in conjunction with local LUGs where
possible.

As events and details get organized, we'll be updating the page above as
well as a project page on the team wiki (
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FloridaTeam/Projects).

I havent created a project on the team page yet, so if someone wants to take
the initiative, please do so.
