[ubuntu-florida] wow! 4000 at the french ubuntu release party

 I agree.  As soon as we can secure a place and date (places and dates), we
need to start moving fwd.  I'd like to see release parties in Miami,
Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and maybe Tallahassee or Pensacola.
