Localized Distributions (from Chris)

Hey guys,
This came in on my other email (veritastic at gmail.com) and I figured I would
forward it on. I use that one for all my high-volume lists, like ubuntu,
Kubuntu, marketing and contacts... easily 300-400 emails a day. lol.
Anyway, this seemed interesting, so I thought I would share. Have a good one
