[ubuntu-florida] Florida Loco "Teams"

I am ready to help with the wiki.  I added the minutes for the late  
meetinga month back.  I edit our wiki here at work with instructions and  
troubleshooting guides I have created, but still have limited experience  
with wikis.  However I am ready to learn and help out with our team.
