[DC LoCo] Release party

If we did something at Uber Office (assuming we could get the space) we
could maybe have food and drinks *and* to a show and tell, install fest,
etc...  I assume the school setting would frown a bit on beer and such.

I'm sure I could convince Canonical to sponsor food and drink in any case
;) I went ahead and followed up with Uber Office to see if we could do it
there in case we decide to go for that option.
