Hi Kevin.  I'm going over our "Roman Census" that LoCo Council conducted
and noticed that DC wasn't event listed in the Launchpad group for LoCo
Teams.  May I go ahead and add the DC team back into the list on
Launchpad?  We can talk about verification at another time but I just
want to hear the tales of what the DC group is up to in the nation's
capital.  Besides, Rick Spencer is out that way now.  Something could be
cooking?  :-)
