[DC LoCo] Release party

I will try to get the Head Office ;) to send me some shwag in time. Not
sure if I'll be able to get CDs since it will be so close to release I
don't know when they will get pressed, but I could make some and maybe
bring a USB key ring for installs too.

BTW, I am assuming that this is going to be on this Thursday, but it
occurred to me that this may be a wrong assumption. I know that some loco's
have their release parties a week later or more.
