The blog post below is actually my third attempt at communicating the issue.
Carl Jung, progenitor of "personality types" wrote about people either being primarily "thinking" or primarily "feeling" (and that this could change over time.) I think my fourth attempt atthis will appeal to the emotions of the afflicted. The title for my fourth attempt is tentatively:

Let me get this straight, Ubuntu has an official bug reporting system,
but bugs reported to it aren't taken seriously or passed on to the
development community.
Who's the bigger fool here?
