[DC LoCo] Venues for Quantal Installfest?

There are four power outlets. I dont think its enough but I am sure many
ppl have those multiple outlets surge protectors. I can get one from work.
so we already have 5 (surge protector outlets) + 3 wall =  8 outlets.
